There is a wide range of accommodation in Kuala Lumpur with modern facilities ๐๏ธ๐ฟ and easy access from the city centre ๐. Essentially, there are three different options based on size and facilities ๐งฑ๐, which include basic, standard and premium rentals ๐.
All accommodation is located minutes from the institute (EMS) ๐ซ๐ถโโ๏ธ, so students can easily travel by public transport ๐ or on foot ๐ถโโ๏ธ to the language centre ๐ฃ๏ธ.
Depending on your budget and preferences ๐ธ๐, you can choose from:
- Entire apartment ๐ โ Rent the entire apartment from RM 1800 ๐ต. The minimum contract period is six months ๐ , and there is a rental deposit / security of two and a half months ๐งพ๐.
- Renting a room ๐ช โ You can rent individual rooms in shared accommodation ๐งโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ. There are three types of room: small bedroom ๐๏ธ, medium ๐๏ธ, and master rooms ๐๏ธ๐. Rents range from RM 700 to RM 1500 ๐ธ, depending on size ๐. Master bedrooms have king-size beds ๐ and an en-suite bathroom ๐ฟ. Medium and small rooms have queen and single beds respectively ๐ with shared bathrooms ๐ป.
- Hostel ๐จ โ This type of accommodation suits students looking for a central ๐งญ and comfortable ๐ location. Rooms have air conditioning โ๏ธ, a flat-screen TV ๐บ, a dressing table and chair ๐ช๐ช, and an en-suite bathroom with a water heater and internet ๐๐. The price of water and electricity ๐งโก is included in the room price. A room cleaning service is available at the hostel on request ๐งน๐งผ and a fee applies ๐ฒ.
