maigaedu.com is run by MAIGA Educational Services (Maiga Educational Services PLT, registration no. 201704000720), T3-22-08, 3 Towers, 296 Jalan Ampang, Kampung Berembang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Here it is called "MAIGA", "we" or "us".

These terms apply to everyone who browses the website, in Arabic or English, or the MAIGA app, and to everyone who creates an account on it. By creating an account, ticking the agreement box at sign-up or signing in with Google, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

Depending on what is available, the website lets you:

• Browse universities, programmes, English language centres, accommodation, offers, articles and FAQs.
• Use free tools such as the admission chance checker, programme comparison, cost calculator and living plan.
• Save favourites, apply for programmes, upload documents, and follow your applications and notifications from your account.
• Book consultations, sessions and courses, and contact the MAIGA team by WhatsApp or website forms.

We may add, change or stop features at any time, and the website may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or technical reasons.

• You can sign up with your email or your Google account. Account details must be true and in your real name, and you should update them when they change.
• One account per person. Do not create an account in someone else's name without their permission.
• If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must approve creating and using the account.
• Agent, partner, housing provider and staff accounts are also covered by separate agreements in addition to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Do not share your login details, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. MAIGA will never ask for your password by WhatsApp, email or phone.

• Information and documents you upload (certificates, transcripts, passport, photos and so on) must be true and must belong to you or be uploaded with permission.
• Never upload a forged or altered document. If we find one, we close the account and may inform the relevant authority.
• By uploading documents you authorise MAIGA to use them and share them with universities, centres and other relevant bodies only as far as needed to carry out what you asked for.
• Questions, reviews and messages you post must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful, and we may remove them.

• We aim to keep information about universities, programmes, fees, rankings, admission requirements and recognition accurate and up to date, but it can change without notice. The final reference is the official website of the university or relevant authority and what the MAIGA team confirms to you in writing.
• Results from website tools (admission chance checker, comparison, cost calculator, living plan) are estimates to help you and are not an offer or a guarantee of admission or a visa.
• Admission decisions belong to universities and centres, visa decisions to the Malaysian Immigration Department, and recognition of qualifications to the authorities of the student's home country.

Creating an account and using the website is free. Prices shown on the website are for information and may change. When you order any paid MAIGA service (such as a university application, accommodation, or sessions and courses), the Service Terms and the Payment & Refund Policy we show you before your application is created or you pay apply to it, together with the payment provider's terms (such as Tamara). Offers and discounts follow the conditions stated with them.

• By creating an account you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, phone and notifications about your account and applications. MAIGA's official WhatsApp number is +60 11 1111 0135.
• We may send you offers and marketing messages. You can stop them at any time by replying to ask us to stop, or from your account settings.
• Some messages may be answered by an automated AI assistant. Its replies are general information to help you; what counts is what a MAIGA staff member confirms in writing.

We use your data to run your account, carry out your requests and improve the website, as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. The website uses cookies, analytics and advertising tools. After signing in, you can use the My Data page to request a copy of your data or delete your account.

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person or organisation, try to access other people's accounts or our systems, scrape the content automatically or overload the website with requests, post spam or offensive or misleading content, or use the website to collect students' data or to compete with MAIGA commercially.

Text, logos, images, designs, articles and videos on the website are owned by or licensed to MAIGA. They may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without written permission. Links to other websites (such as universities, Tamara and social media) are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAIGA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the website, being unable to access it, or relying on its information or tools. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or close any account without prior notice if it breaks these terms, gives false information or is misused. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; we keep only what the law requires us to keep (such as payment and invoice records).

• We may change these terms; changes apply from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the website after publication means you accept the updated terms.
• These terms are published in Arabic and English with the same meaning. If they differ, the version you agreed to at sign-up applies.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory legal rights you have in your home country.
