About the Program
The Hotel Operations programme deals with the movement of goods and information from supplier to customer at the lowest cost and highest efficiency. Students study supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, transport and shipping, planning and forecasting, operations management, logistics information systems and international trade. They learn to use analytical tools and modern software to design agile, sustainable supply networks for a sector at the heart of the modern economy. This foundation year prepares students for a bachelor's degree over 1.9 years, with core subjects and study skills that build confidence and knowledge before specialising.
