About the Program
The Food & Beverage programme prepares students for one of the fastest-growing sectors in Malaysia and worldwide. Students study hotel and resort management, front office and housekeeping operations, food and beverage management, event management, tourism and travel, customer service, and hospitality marketing and finance. They train in on-campus training restaurants, kitchens and hotels, complete an internship in real hotels, and graduate with practical skills and professional English. This foundation year prepares students for a bachelor's degree over 1.5 years, with core subjects and study skills that build confidence and knowledge before specialising.
