If you are planning to travel to Malaysia for the purpose of studying English for no more than 3 months, the procedures are simple and you do not need a student visa 🎉. Here are the most important tips for organising your study trip smoothly 🌟.

🗓️ Study start dates:

📌 Study begins at all language institutes in on the first of every calendar month.

🕐 It is recommended to book your ticket at least a week before the start of the month, to arrange:

📝 Important steps before travelling:

1. 📄 Applying to the institute:
2. ✅ The application is made through our website "MAIGA" to reserve a place and obtain the official acceptance.
3. 🎟️ Booking the ticket:
4. 🛫 Book your ticket a week before the start of study to make sure you reach the course on time.
5. 🚖 Airport pick-up (optional):
6. 💵 Fee: 90 US dollars
7. ✉️ Send us the ticket before travelling so we can arrange the pick-up.
8. 🏡 Accommodation (optional):
9. ⏰ Tell us two weeks before travelling if you would like us to arrange accommodation.
10. ❗ If it is not available, book a temporary hotel or search online 🖥️.

💰 Payment and tuition fees:

1. 💳 Payment must be made in full before study begins (institutes do not accept payment in instalments).
2. Payment methods:

4. 🏦 Direct bank transfer to the institute (and send us the payment receipt)

🛬 On arrival at Kuala Lumpur airport:

2. 🚆 Follow the other passengers and take the train to the main hall
3. 📱 Buy a SIM card (💡 a Celcom recommended SIM card)
4. 💸 Do not change all your money at once – only a small amount for emergencies
5. 🍽️ Most of the food at the airport is halal, except what is marked Non-Halal

🚖 After leaving the airport:

1. If it has not been arranged with us: take a taxi 🚕 to your accommodation or hotel
2. The next day:

4. 🧾 Have the full tuition fees ready
5. 📍 Head to the institute with us or in coordination with us
