About the Program
The Law Enforcement programme gives students a deep understanding of the rules that govern society and business, and trains them in systematic legal reasoning. Students study the legal system and its sources, constitutional and administrative law, contract law, criminal law, commercial and company law, international law, and advocacy and legal research. They practise in moot courts and legal clinics and develop the argument, writing and negotiation skills the legal professions need. Over 2.5 years, this diploma gives students practical, job-ready skills, with the option to continue to a bachelor's degree afterwards.

📌 Admission Terms and Requirements for the Diploma
✅ First: Admission Conditions
To be admitted to the 🎓 Bachelor's programme, the applicant must hold one of the following certificates:
📍 General secondary school certificate or the second year of secondary school 🏫
📍 Tawjihi certificate for students from the Gulf countries 🌍
📍 Baccalaureate certificate for students from some Arab countries 📖
📍 A-Level certificate for students of international schools 🏅
📍 O-Level certificate (holders are accepted into the Foundation Year only) 🏆
📑 Second: Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents as scanned (PDF) files, not photographed with a mobile phone:
📌 🛂 A copy of a passport valid for at least 18 months.
📌 📜 Proof of English language proficiency (details are given in the English Language Requirements section below).
📌 📖 A copy of the general secondary school certificate and transcript, bearing in mind the following:
✔️ If it is not in English, it must be translated into English 📝.
✔️ Accepted certificates include:
🔹 📄 General secondary school certificate (in the Gulf countries).
🔹 🏫 Tawjihi certificate or 📜 Baccalaureate (in some Arab countries).
🔹 🎓 A-Level or 📜 O-Level certificate (in international schools such as Cambridge).
🏅 English Language Requirements for the Diploma
📌 📚 Accepted English language tests and minimum scores:
🔹 📝 IELTS: a score of at least 5.5 - 6.0
🔹 📖 TOEFL (PBT): a score of at least 550
🔹 🌎 TOEFL (iBT): a score of at least 60 - 78
🔹 🏫 MUET (Malaysian University English Test): at least Band 3 - 4
📌 ✅ Exemptions from the English language requirements:
✅ If your previous 🎓 university studies were in English (official proof from the university must be provided).
✅ If the applicant is from an English-speaking 🌍 country approved by the university.
📌 🔄 Alternative options if the requirements are not met:
Students can 📖 enrol on a preparatory English language course at approved institutes before starting their studies.
