About the Program
The Financial Economics programme focuses on managing money and making investment and financing decisions in companies, banks and markets. Students study corporate finance, financial markets, investment and portfolio management, conventional and Islamic banking, risk management, financial technology and economics. They learn to analyse financial data, value projects and assets and use quantitative tools and financial software, graduating ready for a fast-changing financial sector. The bachelor's degree runs for 3 years and combines theory, practical work and projects, so graduates leave ready for work or for postgraduate study.
