Al-Madinah International University

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) received approval from Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) as a university on 26 December 2006, and was officially registered on 20 June 2007 (KPT/JPS/DFT/US/B22).

MEDIU operates under Malaysia's Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 (Act 555), which governs its establishment and administration, with the aim of providing a suitable learning environment for higher education students, and all of its academic programmes are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
